    Middle school students who love to read are invited to join Books and Cookies, the San Anselmo Library’s book club just for kids in the 6th – 8th grade. This month we will discuss Un Lun Dun by China Mieville. Members will receive a complimentary copy of the book every month (while supplies last!).
    The next Books and Cookies is Friday, September 13, 4:00 – 4:50 p.m., Grades 6 – 8. Advance sign-ups are required. Contact April at *protected email* to register.

    Our interactive preschool storytime provides an opportunity for young children to spend time with their peers, develop skills in listening, sitting still,concentrating, and, most importantly, nourishes a love of reading that will last a lifetime. This 30-minute program includes stories, nursery rhymes, songs, fingerplays, and a mini craft. No registration required.

  • Cool Weather Vegetable Gardening with Marin Master Gardener Joe Jennings

    The Library welcomes Marin Master Gardener, Joe Jennings for a one-hour class on vegetable selection, planting, weather considerations, and soil preparation for September and October vegetable gardens in the Ross Valley. Plan your plantings, prepare for frost and rains, and adjust for declining hours of sunlight.
